Algemene Voorwaarden Colleins B.V.
Versie 2.0, geldig vanaf 4 september 2026. Deze versie vervangt versie 1.0. Op overeenkomsten die vóór deze datum tot stand zijn gekomen blijft versie 1.0 van toepassing, die op verzoek beschikbaar is via support@colleins.com.
1. Definities
In deze algemene voorwaarden wordt verstaan onder:
Colleins, wij, ons: Colleins B.V., gevestigd te Zoutmanstraat 34, Den Haag (geen bezoekadres), ingeschreven in de Kamer van Koophandel onder nummer 97605611, BTW-nummer NL868131179B01.
Klant, u: iedere natuurlijke persoon die handelt voor doeleinden buiten zijn of haar bedrijfs- of beroepsactiviteit en die met Colleins een overeenkomst op afstand aangaat.
Overeenkomst: de koopovereenkomst tussen Colleins en de klant.
Product(en): de door Colleins aangeboden voedingssupplementen, waaronder Colleins Pink Lemonade (collageen, creatine en vitamine C poeder), evenals eventuele bijbehorende accessoires.
Abonnement: een Overeenkomst waarbij Colleins op terugkerende basis Producten levert tegen periodieke betaling.
Welcome Kit: de eenmalige cadeauset (waaronder een totebag, waterfles of andere artikelen) die kan worden toegevoegd bij specifieke acties of bundles.
Verlengd retourrecht: de commerciële garantie van 30 dagen zoals omschreven in artikel 8.2, die Colleins aanbiedt naast en onverminderd het wettelijk herroepingsrecht.
Website: www.colleins.com en alle daaraan gerelateerde subdomeinen.
Werkdagen: maandag tot en met vrijdag, met uitzondering van Nederlandse en Belgische nationale feestdagen.
Herroepingsformulier: het modelformulier voor herroeping zoals opgenomen in Bijlage 1 bij deze voorwaarden.
2. Toepasselijkheid
2.1 Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle aanbiedingen, bestellingen en overeenkomsten tussen Colleins en de klant.
2.2 Door een bestelling te plaatsen gaat de klant akkoord met deze algemene voorwaarden.
2.3 Afwijkingen van deze voorwaarden zijn alleen geldig indien uitdrukkelijk schriftelijk overeengekomen.
2.4 Indien één of meer bepalingen in deze voorwaarden nietig zijn of vernietigd worden, blijven de overige bepalingen onverkort van kracht. Colleins zal de nietige bepaling vervangen door een nieuwe bepaling die zoveel mogelijk aansluit bij het doel en de strekking van de oorspronkelijke bepaling.
2.5 Colleins behoudt zich het recht voor deze algemene voorwaarden te wijzigen. De meest recente versie is te allen tijde beschikbaar op de Website en is voorzien van een versienummer en ingangsdatum. Op reeds gesloten overeenkomsten blijven de voorwaarden van toepassing die golden op het moment van totstandkoming. Eerdere versies zijn op verzoek beschikbaar via support@colleins.com.
2.6 Voor het Abonnement (artikel 13), het Affiliate-programma Colleins Creator Club (artikel 14) en eventuele B2B-relaties gelden naast deze voorwaarden aanvullende voorwaarden. Bij tegenstrijdigheid prevaleren de aanvullende voorwaarden voor het betreffende onderwerp.
2.7 Bij tegenstrijdigheid tussen deze voorwaarden en een op de Website of in reclame-uitingen van Colleins gedane toezegging die voor de klant gunstiger is, prevaleert de voor de klant gunstigste bepaling.
3. Aanbod en totstandkoming overeenkomst
3.1 Alle aanbiedingen op de Website zijn vrijblijvend en gelden zolang de voorraad strekt, tenzij anders vermeld.
3.2 De Producten worden zo nauwkeurig mogelijk weergegeven. Productafbeeldingen, kleuren en verpakking kunnen in geringe mate afwijken van de werkelijkheid. Geringe afwijkingen geven geen recht op ontbinding of vergoeding.
3.3 De Overeenkomst komt tot stand op het moment dat de klant de bestelling heeft afgerekend en Colleins de orderbevestiging per e-mail heeft verzonden. Een automatische ontvangstbevestiging vormt nog geen aanvaarding.
3.4 Colleins behoudt zich het recht voor om bestellingen te weigeren, geheel of gedeeltelijk te annuleren of nadere voorwaarden te stellen indien:
er gegronde twijfel bestaat over de juistheid van de verstrekte gegevens;
de klant betalingsverplichtingen uit eerdere overeenkomsten niet is nagekomen;
er aanwijzingen zijn van fraude, misbruik van kortingscodes, misbruik van het verlengd retourrecht als bedoeld in artikel 8.2.9, of evident oneigenlijk gebruik;
het Product onverwacht niet op voorraad is;
de bestelling, naar redelijk oordeel van Colleins, niet bestemd is voor pe

1. Definitions
In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Colleins, we, us: Colleins B.V., established at Zoutmanstraat 34, The Hague (not a visiting address), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 97605611, VAT number NL868131179B01.
Customer, you: any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession who enters into a distance contract with Colleins.
Agreement: the contract of sale between Colleins and the customer.
Product(s): the food supplements offered by Colleins, including Colleins Pink Lemonade (collagen, creatine and vitamin C powder), as well as any related accessories.
Subscription: an Agreement under which Colleins delivers Products on a recurring basis against periodic payment.
Welcome Kit: the one-off gift set (including a tote bag, water bottle or other items) that may be added as part of specific promotions or bundles.
Extended return right: the 30-day commercial guarantee described in article 8.2, which Colleins offers in addition to and without prejudice to the statutory right of withdrawal.
Website: www.colleins.com and all related subdomains.
Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch and Belgian national public holidays.
Withdrawal form: the model withdrawal form included as Annex 1 to these terms and conditions.
2. Applicability
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Colleins and the customer.
2.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
2.3 Deviations from these terms are valid only if expressly agreed in writing.
2.4 If one or more provisions of these terms are void or annulled, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Colleins will replace the void provision with a new provision that reflects the purpose and intent of the original provision as closely as possible.
2.5 Colleins reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. The most recent version is available on the Website at all times and carries a version number and effective date. Agreements already concluded remain subject to the terms in force at the time they were concluded. Earlier versions are available on request via support@colleins.com.
2.6 The Subscription (article 13), the Colleins Creator Club affiliate programme (article 14) and any B2B relationships are subject to supplementary terms in addition to these terms. In the event of conflict, the supplementary terms prevail for the subject in question.
2.7 If these terms conflict with a statement made by Colleins on the Website or in its advertising that is more favourable to the customer, the provision most favourable to the customer prevails.
2.8 These terms are published in Dutch and in English. In the event of a discrepancy between the two language versions, the version in the language in which the customer concluded the Agreement prevails.
3. Offers and formation of the agreement
3.1 All offers on the Website are without obligation and apply while stocks last, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Products are displayed as accurately as possible. Product images, colours and packaging may differ slightly from reality. Minor deviations do not give rise to a right of rescission or compensation.
3.3 The Agreement is concluded at the moment the customer has paid for the order and Colleins has sent the order confirmation by email. An automated acknowledgement of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance.
3.4 Colleins reserves the right to refuse orders, to cancel them in whole or in part, or to impose further conditions if:
there is reasonable doubt as to the accuracy of the information provided;
the customer has failed to meet payment obligations under earlier agreements;
there are indications of fraud, misuse of discount codes, misuse of the extended return right as referred to in article 8.2.9, or manifest improper use;
the Product is unexpectedly out of stock;
the order, in the reasonable judgement of Colleins, is not intended for personal use (see article 12);
