Algemene Voorwaarden Colleins B.V.
Versie 2.1 — opgesteld op 9 oktober 2026. Deze versie geldt voor overeenkomsten die vanaf de publicatie van deze versie worden gesloten en vervangt voor die overeenkomsten versie 2.0. Voor eerder gesloten overeenkomsten blijven de toen geldende voorwaarden en toezeggingen van toepassing. Eerdere versies zijn op verzoek beschikbaar via

1. Definities
In deze voorwaarden wordt verstaan onder:
Colleins, wij, ons: Colleins B.V., gevestigd aan Zoutmanstraat 34, Den Haag, Nederland, KvK 97605611, btw-nummer NL868131179B01. Dit is geen bezoek- of retouradres.
Klant, u: een natuurlijke persoon die handelt buiten zijn of haar bedrijfs- of beroepsactiviteit en met Colleins een overeenkomst op afstand sluit.
Overeenkomst: de koopovereenkomst tussen Colleins en de klant.
Producten: de voedingssupplementen en accessoires die Colleins aanbiedt, waaronder Colleins Pink Lemonade.
Abonnement: een overeenkomst waarbij Colleins periodiek producten levert tegen periodieke betaling.
Welcome Kit: een cadeauset die bij bepaalde acties of bundels wordt meegeleverd, bijvoorbeeld met een totebag, waterfles of andere accessoires.
Verlengd retourrecht of 30-dagen-garantie: de aanvullende commerciële niet-goed-geld-terug-garantie in artikel 8.2, naast en onverminderd het wettelijke herroepingsrecht.

Werkdagen: maandag tot en met vrijdag, uitgezonderd Nederlandse en Belgische nationale feestdagen. Waar alleen ‘dagen’ staat, gaat het om kalenderdagen.

2. Toepasselijkheid
2.1 Deze voorwaarden gelden voor aanbiedingen, bestellingen en overeenkomsten tussen Colleins en de klant. De klant krijgt vóór het sluiten van de overeenkomst gelegenheid de voorwaarden te lezen en op te slaan.
2.2 Door een bestelling te plaatsen aanvaardt de klant de daarbij verstrekte voorwaarden. Dwingende consumentenrechten blijven altijd gelden.
2.3 Afwijkende afspraken gelden wanneer deze uitdrukkelijk zijn overeengekomen. Schriftelijke afspraken kunnen ook per e-mail worden gemaakt.
2.4 Als een bepaling nietig of vernietigd is, blijven de overige bepalingen gelden voor zover de overeenkomst kan voortbestaan. Voor de ongeldige bepaling geldt het toepasselijke recht.
2.5 Colleins kan voorwaarden voor toekomstige overeenkomsten wijzigen. Een nieuwe publicatie wijzigt bestaande overeenkomsten niet automatisch. Voor wijzigingen van een lopend abonnement geldt artikel 13.
2.6 Voor abonnementen, het Colleins Creator Club-affiliateprogramma en zakelijke samenwerkingen kunnen afzonderlijk overeengekomen aanvullende voorwaarden gelden. Deze worden vooraf verstrekt en mogen dwingende consumentenrechten niet beperken. Dit document regelt consumentenkoop; zakelijke samenwerkingen worden afzonderlijk overeengekomen.
2.7 Bij strijd tussen deze voorwaarden en een voor de klant gunstigere toezegging die bij de aankoop op de website of in reclame van Colleins gold, geldt de gunstigere toezegging. Dit geldt ook voor eerder toegezegde gratis retourzendingen.
2.8 Deze voorwaarden zijn beschikbaar in het Nederlands en Engels. Bij verschillen geldt de versie in de taal waarin de klant de overeenkomst sloot, met behoud van de wettelijke bescherming bij onduidelijke voorwaarden.
3. Aanbod en totstandkoming van de overeenkomst
3.1 Aanbiedingen gelden gedurende de vermelde periode en zolang de voorraad strekt. De belangrijkste productkenmerken, prijs en bijkomende kosten staan bij het aanbod en in de checkout.
3.2 Wij geven producten zo nauwkeurig mogelijk weer. Kleine verschillen in kleur of verpakking kunnen voorkomen, maar doen geen afbreuk aan het recht op een product dat aan de overeenkomst voldoet.
3.3 De overeenkomst komt tot stand wanneer de klant het bestelproces met een betalingsverplichting heeft afgerond en Colleins de bestelling per e-mail heeft aanvaard. Een bericht dat alleen de ontvangst van de bestelling bevestigt, is nog geen aanvaarding; dit wordt in dat bericht duidelijk vermeld.
3.4 Vóór aanvaarding kan Colleins een bestelling weigeren bij gegronde twijfel over bestelgegevens, onbetaalde opeisbare eerdere

1. Definitions
In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Colleins, we, us: Colleins B.V., established at Zoutmanstraat 34, The Hague (not a visiting address), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 97605611, VAT number NL868131179B01.
Customer, you: any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession who enters into a distance contract with Colleins.
Agreement: the contract of sale between Colleins and the customer.
Product(s): the food supplements offered by Colleins, including Colleins Pink Lemonade (collagen, creatine and vitamin C powder), as well as any related accessories.
Subscription: an Agreement under which Colleins delivers Products on a recurring basis against periodic payment.
Welcome Kit: the one-off gift set (including a tote bag, water bottle or other items) that may be added as part of specific promotions or bundles.
Extended return right: the 30-day commercial guarantee described in article 8.2, which Colleins offers in addition to and without prejudice to the statutory right of withdrawal.
Website: www.colleins.com and all related subdomains.
Business days: Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch and Belgian national public holidays.
Withdrawal form: the model withdrawal form included as Annex 1 to these terms and conditions.
2. Applicability
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Colleins and the customer.
2.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
2.3 Deviations from these terms are valid only if expressly agreed in writing.
2.4 If one or more provisions of these terms are void or annulled, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Colleins will replace the void provision with a new provision that reflects the purpose and intent of the original provision as closely as possible.
2.5 Colleins reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions. The most recent version is available on the Website at all times and carries a version number and effective date. Agreements already concluded remain subject to the terms in force at the time they were concluded. Earlier versions are available on request via support@colleins.com.
2.6 The Subscription (article 13), the Colleins Creator Club affiliate programme (article 14) and any B2B relationships are subject to supplementary terms in addition to these terms. In the event of conflict, the supplementary terms prevail for the subject in question.
2.7 If these terms conflict with a statement made by Colleins on the Website or in its advertising that is more favourable to the customer, the provision most favourable to the customer prevails.
2.8 These terms are published in Dutch and in English. In the event of a discrepancy between the two language versions, the version in the language in which the customer concluded the Agreement prevails.
3. Offers and formation of the agreement
3.1 All offers on the Website are without obligation and apply while stocks last, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Products are displayed as accurately as possible. Product images, colours and packaging may differ slightly from reality. Minor deviations do not give rise to a right of rescission or compensation.
3.3 The Agreement is concluded at the moment the customer has paid for the order and Colleins has sent the order confirmation by email. An automated acknowledgement of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance.
3.4 Colleins reserves the right to refuse orders, to cancel them in whole or in part, or to impose further conditions if:
there is reasonable doubt as to the accuracy of the information provided;
the customer has failed to meet payment obligations under earlier agreements;
there are indications of fraud, misuse of discount codes, misuse of the extended return right as referred to in article 8.2.9, or manifest improper use;
the Product is unexpectedly out of stock;
the order, in the reasonable judgement of Colleins, is not intended for personal use (see article 12);
