Ordering & Shipping

Netherlands: ordered before 11:59 PM = delivered the next business day (delivery Mon-Sat). Belgium: ordered Mon-Thu before 10:00 PM = delivered the next business day. Germany: 1 to 2 business days. Other EU countries: 2 to 6 business days. United Kingdom: 3 to 5 business days.

The Netherlands and Belgium: €3.95, free for orders over €50. Germany: €4.95, free for orders over €50. United Kingdom: €6.00, free for orders over €50. Other EU countries: fixed rate of €3.95, regardless of order amount. Malta, Croatia, Greece and Ireland: €2.95 for orders under €50 and €5.95 for orders over €50. The exact shipping costs will always be displayed when you complete your order.

We ship to all EU countries and the United Kingdom. We currently do not deliver outside these countries.

Yes, as soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email which you can use to track your parcel.

This depends on the carrier in your country. Usually, the package will be delivered to a neighbour or a pick-up point, or a second delivery attempt will be made on the next working day. The carrier will inform you of this. Pick up your package within 7 to 14 days, otherwise it will be returned to us.

You can pay securely with iDEAL, Klarna, in3, PayPal, Bancontact, and Apple Pay.

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from receipt to return your order. That's twice as long as the statutory period of 14 days.

No, for hygiene reasons, we only accept unopened and sealed products. The seal must be completely intact.

You will be refunded the full product amount, plus the standard shipping costs you paid. Return shipping is at your own expense.

Email support@colleins.com with your order number, reason for return, and confirmation that the product is unopened. You will receive return instructions within 1 business day.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the amount to appear in your account.

Please report this within 48 hours to support@colleins.com with photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the damaged product.

Product & Usage

Each scoop (10g) contains 6g collagen peptides (bovine type I & III), 3g creatine monohydrate and 80mg vitamin C (100% daily requirement).

Add 1 scoop (10g) to 300-500ml of cold water. Shake or stir for 15 seconds until completely dissolved. Drink in the morning or before your workout.

300ml for a fuller, more pronounced flavour. 500ml for a more subtle, fresher flavour. Choose what you like best!

Refreshing pink lemonade with a light raspberry, strawberry, and lemon flavor. Not too sweet, crisp, and easy to drink.

Each jar contains 30 servings of 10g. With daily use, one jar will last for 1 month.

That's up to you! Many people drink it in the morning as part of their morning ritual, others just before their workout. Choose what fits your routine.

The recommended daily dosage is 1 scoop (10g). Do not exceed this dosage without medical advice.

Yes! Colleins has been developed as a light formula that dissolves completely without lumps within 15 seconds. Use a shaker or a glass with a spoon.

Yes. Under EU Regulation 1924/2006, the claim that creatine improves physical performance during repeated short, high-intensity exercise has been approved, with a daily intake of 3g. Each scoop of Colleins contains exactly this amount of creatine.

No, Colleins contains collagen peptides from cattle (bovine) and is therefore not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

No, Colleins is sugar-free. We use sucralose as a sweetener for the slightly sweet taste.

Yes, Colleins contains no gluten and no lactose.

Yes, the shaker and bottle are dishwasher safe. We recommend placing them on the top rack for the best longevity.
