Ordering & Shipping
In the Netherlands: orders placed before 11:59 p.m. = next-day delivery (Mon-Sat). In Belgium: orders placed before 10:00 p.m. Mon-Thu = next-day delivery. For other EU countries, delivery times vary from 1-5 business days.
Free shipping on orders over €50. For orders under €50, you pay €4.95 (NL) or €7.95 (BE/EU).
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and all EU countries. We do not currently deliver outside the European Union.
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email that you can use to track your package.
The delivery person will deliver the package to your neighbors, a pickup point, or a depot. You will receive a notification about this. Pick up your package within 7-14 days to avoid additional costs.
Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from receipt to return your order. That is twice as long as the legal period of 14 days.
No, for hygienic reasons, we only accept unopened and sealed products. The seal must be completely intact.
You will receive a full refund for the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return costs are at your own expense.

After receiving and checking your return, it will take 7-10 business days. Your bank may add another 1-5 business days to this. A maximum of 15 business days in total.
Report this within 48 hours via support@colleins.com with photos. We will send a replacement free of charge or give a full refund. You do not need to return the damaged product.
Product & Use
Each scoop (10g) contains 6g collagen peptides (type I & III from cattle), 3g creatine monohydrate, and 80mg vitamin C (100% daily requirement).
Add 1 scoop (10g) to 300-500ml of cold water. Shake or stir for 15 seconds until completely dissolved. Drink in the morning or before your workout.
300ml for a fuller, more pronounced flavor. 500ml for a more subtle, fresher flavor. Choose whichever you like best!
Refreshing pink lemonade with a light raspberry-strawberry-lemon flavor. Not too sweet, refreshing, and easy to drink.
Each jar contains 30 servings of 10g. With daily use, one jar will last for 1 month.

No, Colleins is sugar-free. We use sucralose as a sweetener for its mildly sweet taste.

Yes, in the case of a partial return, you may keep the gifts. In the case of a full return of a 3+2 bundle, we kindly ask you to return the gifts as well.
